This engagement begins with a deep dive into your current systems and practices. I then go on to do a full clean-up, removing gaps and leaks, and restructuring your financial systems, providing you with a strong foundation, clear structure, SOP and financial clarity.
The financial systems are then implemented on Xero accounting software. The engagement also includes a clear delegation pathway, making your systems scalable. It can include support in setting up a team, training the team, supporting the team with glitches and gaps, apart from training you in financial decision-making.
Ongoing support continues until systems are stable and delegation feels secure - most importantly, the business owner feels comfortable and confident.
